Who am I?


Hi, I’m Kale. I’m a fitness coach and a high-protein chef with 16 years of experience in nutrition and fitness.
But I wasn’t always like this. I stepped into the gym for the first time when I was 15. I had no idea what proteins, carbs, or fats were. At the time, I was working as a kitchen hand at a restaurant.
By the time I turned 16, I started a Chef’s apprenticeship. That’s when I discovered my passion for food. And over the years, I fell in love with two things: cooking and strength training.
